We are looking for a motivated Accountant to join our team in Jagannath Baba Nagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records and ensuring accurate reporting.- Maintain Financial Records: Keep track of all financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulations.- Prepare Financial Statements: Generate balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports that provide insight into the company's financial performance.- Reconcile Accounts: Regularly match accounts payable and receivable to ensure that all financial information is accurate and up-to-date.- Assist with Audits: Work with external auditors by providing all necessary documentation and information needed for financial audits.- Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to assist in the financial planning of the organization.- Support Tax Preparation: Help in gathering financial information needed for tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.The ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Arts (B.A.) with relevant coursework in accounting. Candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience in accounting will be considered. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, as is proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Effective communication skills are important for working with team members and providing financial reports. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality will also be expected.
