Conflict Mediation: Facilitate conflict resolution between students and university staff, ensuring that students' academic goals remain uninterrupted. Application Assistance: Guide candidates through the online admission form process, ensuring all necessary information is accurately provided. CRM and Telephony Management: Utilize telephony and CRM systems for effective communication and record-keeping. MIS Maintenance: Maintain a Management Information System (MIS) for tracking student queries, updating the status of actions taken, and ensuring data accuracy. Ticketing System Management: Log calls, raise tickets, and follow up with various departments to ensure timely closure of issues. Additional Responsibilities: Be open to taking on other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall operations.

Duties & Responsibilities- Counselling prospective candidates via walk-ins, telephone, and email. Maintaining the database of the same in excel.- Tele-calling during admissions.
