This role involves providing comprehensive assistance to students, from selecting suitable universities to navigating the admission, visa, and immigration processes. The consultant also helps students explore financial aid and scholarship opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Student Guidance: Offer comprehensive guidance to international students regarding higher education opportunities abroad.Admission Process: Assist students in understanding and completing the admission requirements for foreign universities.University Selection: Help students choose appropriate universities based on their academic aspirations and preferences.Visa and Immigration Support: Provide support and guidance to students in visa application and immigration processes.Financial Aid and Scholarships: Assist students in exploring financial aid options and scholarship opportunities available for international students.CRM Management: Utilise CRM software for effective management of student data and communications.Qualifications and Skills:-Education: Graduate/Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.Experience: Previous experience in education counselling, international admissions, or related fields is preferred.Knowledge: Strong understanding of education systems and admissions processes for foreign universities.Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, along with proficiency in other relevant languages.Empathy: Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding in student counselling.Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities:1.Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with clients/students to understand their academic, career, and personal goals.2.Provide expert guidance and advice on educational programs, courses, and career pathways based on individual needs and aspirations.3.Assist clients/students in developing personalized educational and career plans, including course selection, skill development, and goal setting.4.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients/students.5.Stay updated on industry trends, educational resources, and career opportunities to provide the most relevant and up-to-date information to clients/students.6.Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and client/student progress.Requirements:1.Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or any other field.2.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients/students.3.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.4.Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Role:- Academic CounselorResponsibility:- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts Counselling working or non-working professionals/ Students as per their requirement for the online course. Calling on LEADS provided by the company end. Counsel students in developing a specific academic program including choice of major and course selections. Communicating with clients who are interested in online courses. Regular follow-ups with the students who have enrolled for the course.
