Telecaller (Freshers) Vadodara

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated female Telecaller to join our team in Vadodara. This full-time position is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade and are eager to begin their career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their needs and promote our services effectively.

- Lead Generation: Collect and manage leads from various sources, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to convert them into clients.

- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our database to reflect any changes or follow-ups required.

- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers about our services and relay this information to the management team for improvements.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and improve performance.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills and have a pleasant phone demeanor to engage customers positively. A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes is essential. Familiarity with basic computer functions is preferred but not mandatory.
