Telecaller - Full Time (Only Females)

We are looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our team in Nagole, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 9 years of experience and be a graduate. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products or services, and providing excellent customer service. You will need to maintain accurate records of interactions and manage leads effectively. You will also follow up with potential clients, address any inquiries, and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Making outbound calls: You will initiate conversations with potential customers, explaining our offerings and encouraging them to consider our products or services.

- Handling customer inquiries: Responding promptly to questions or concerns from customers is essential to ensure a positive experience.

- Maintaining records: Accurate documentation of calls, lead details, and customer interactions will help track progress and improve strategies.
