Tele Caller (Female Candidates Required)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele calling Executive with a background in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various loan products and a proven track record in lead generation. The role requires achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, and the successful candidate must have their own laptop.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels to expand the customer base.

Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our financial products and services.

Document Collection: Gather necessary documents from leads to facilitate the processing of financial applications.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure high conversion rates.

Reporting: Accurately document calls, leads, sales activities, and maintain updated records in the CRM system.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving any issues related to our financial products.

Qualifications:

Industry Experience: Must have experience in the banking industry, specifically with knowledge of different loan products.

Technical Requirements: Must own a laptop and be proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Lead Generation Skills: Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Knowledge of Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada is a plus.

Sales Skills: Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Additional Requirements:

Educational Background: A degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
