we are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented tele calling executive with a background in the banking industry. the ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various loan products and a proven track record in lead generation. the role requires achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, and the successful candidate must have their own laptop.

key responsibilities:

lead generation: proactively generate leads through various channels to expand the customer base.

client outreach: make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our financial products and services.

document collection: gather necessary documents from leads to facilitate the processing of financial applications.

target achievement: meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

follow-ups: maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure high conversion rates.

reporting: accurately document calls, leads, sales activities, and maintain updated records in the crm system.

customer service: provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving any issues related to our financial products.

qualifications:

industry experience: must have experience in the banking industry, specifically with knowledge of different loan products.

technical requirements: must own a laptop and be proficient in using crm software and other relevant tools.

lead generation skills: proven ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.

communication skills: excellent verbal communication skills in telugu, hindi, and english. knowledge of tamil, malayalam, and kannada is a plus.

sales skills: strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

additional requirements:

educational background: a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.

note :- candidate must be able to work in a startup.
