Job Description:The Home Loan FSE will identify and assist home buyers or property owners looking for housing finance. Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele calling Executive with a background in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various loan products and a proven track record in lead generation. The role requires achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, and the successful candidate must have their own laptop.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels to expand the customer base.Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our financial products and services.Document Collection: Gather necessary documents from leads to facilitate the processing of financial applications.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure high conversion rates.Reporting: Accurately document calls, leads, sales activities, and maintain updated records in the CRM system.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving any issues related to our financial products.Qualifications:Industry Experience: Must have experience in the banking industry, specifically with knowledge of different loan products.Technical Requirements: Must own a laptop and be proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.Lead Generation Skills: Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
