Roles & Responsibilities
Sell commercial properties including studios and retail shops
Visit brokers offices and clients offices for meetings and follow-ups
Handle site visits with clients
Generate leads through cold calling and cold emailing
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Negotiate deals and assist in closing sales
Maintain basic records of leads, calls, and meetings
Follow up consistently with prospects until closure
Requirements
Basic English speaking and understanding is mandatory
Comfortable with travelling within Delhi NCR
Ready to do cold calls and cold emails on a daily basis
Good communication and convincing skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred (commercial is a plus, but not mandatory
