Roles & ResponsibilitiesSell commercial properties including studios and retail shopsVisit brokers offices and clients offices for meetings and follow-upsHandle site visits with clientsGenerate leads through cold calling and cold emailingBuild and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clientsUnderstand client requirements and suggest suitable propertiesNegotiate deals and assist in closing salesMaintain basic records of leads, calls, and meetingsFollow up consistently with prospects until closureRequirementsBasic English speaking and understanding is mandatoryComfortable with travelling within Delhi NCRReady to do cold calls and cold emails on a daily basisGood communication and convincing skillsTarget-oriented and self-motivatedPrior experience in real estate sales is preferred (commercial is a plus, but not mandatory
