-Lead and drive sales growth for the Pharma Division.

-Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and key clients.
-Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives.
-Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
-Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns.
-Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans.
-Ensure effective coordination between sales, marketing, and other departments.
