Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and building strong relationships with customers. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Generate Leads:** Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research. This involves reaching out to new prospects to create sales opportunities.

- **Present Products:** Explain our products and services to customers in a persuasive manner. You will demonstrate how our offerings can meet their needs, ensuring they understand the benefits.

- **Close Sales:** Convert leads into paying customers by addressing their concerns and facilitating transactions. This requires strong negotiation skills to finalize deals effectively.

- **Maintain Customer Relationships:** Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any queries. Building long-term relationships will encourage repeat business and referrals.

- **Track Sales Activity:** Document all sales interactions and maintain accurate records of customer information and sales performance. This helps in analyzing trends and improving strategies.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience in sales or a related field, showcasing a proven ability to meet sales goals.

- A minimum educational qualification of 12th grade is required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to connect with customers and convey product information effectively.

- Candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills to address customer needs efficiently.

- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment is also important.
