- Accountable for identifying new market/ industry to promote our product-line with effective area mapping and sales planning in the assigned territory.
- Accountable for meeting budgeted sales and margins for the assigned territory/business area.
- Manage existing customers and develop new accounts within assigned territory/business area.
- Establish strategic networking & business contract with OEMs (packaging machine manufacturers) to work closely and grow the business.
- Establish strong relationships with customers by building a network of contacts within their organization.
- The desired candidate shall be open to travel for account management and new developments.
- Prepare and timely submission of proposals & quotations and order follow-ups
- Responsible for Invoice upload in vendor portals
- Competent in using ERP systems
- Responsible for timely payment collection
- The candidate should be from Gujarat. (Vadodara or nearby preferred)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- 2-3 years experience in manufacturing or packaging industry in B2B sales
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in Core Engineering/Packaging Degree (will be an added advantage)
