Sales Development Manager - Peenya Industrial Area Bangalore

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Textile Marketing & Sales professional to drive our business growth, expand our market presence, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of textile products (fabrics, yarn, garments, or home textiles), a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven track record of B2B sales and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting garment manufacturers, brands, buying houses, exporters, and wholesalers.

Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify new market segments, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Present product catalogs, samples, and fabric innovations to prospective clients.

2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, price negotiations, and order closures.

Address and resolve customer complaints, quality issues, or delivery delays promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company
