Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by identifying
and securing new business opportunities for our range of hoists and
EOT cranes. Convert leads into long-term accounts through strategic
pitching.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact
for existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying
opportunities for equipment upgrades or maintenance contracts.
• Market Outreach: Conduct extensive field visits across industrial hubs
in Maharashtra to build a robust pipeline of manufacturers,
warehouses, and construction firms.
• Digital Platform Management: Maintain and optimize the company’s
presence on B2B platforms (., IndiaMART, TradeIndia) to generate
inbound inquiries and manage digital leads effectively.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
within the material handling sector to refine sales strategies and
pricing models.
• Administration & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field visits,
sales forecasts, and lead status. Provide regular updates to
management using basic CRM tools or reporting software.
Requirements
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B field
marketing or industrial sales is mandatory. Experience in machinery
or heavy equipment is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
abilities (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
• Core Competencies: Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation,
bargaining, and persuasive communication is crucial for closing high
value industrial deals.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy is essential for daily
reporting and digital platform management.
• Personal Attributes: Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented
individual capable of working autonomously in the field and handling
the physical demands of industrial site visits.
