We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the Power Electronics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background, proven sales success, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage customer relationships in assigned territories

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in power electronics

Present technical solutions to clients, matching product offerings with customer needs

Achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics

Collaborate with the technical team for product customization and support

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field

1-2 years of field sales experience in the power electronics industry (., inverters, converters, power supplies, drives, UPS systems)

Strong understanding of industrial applications and technical sales

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel extensively
