**about the internship:**
**key responsibilities:**
- identify hiring requirements and execute recruitment strategies.
- manage online sourcing platforms to support the recruitment process.
- screen applications and conduct interviews.
- proactively coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- develop and maintain recruitment-related documentation.
- assist in designing and implementing hr initiatives and systems.
- provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- actively participate in recruitment activities, including creating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
- design and implement effective onboarding programs.
- develop training and development programs.
- support performance management processes.
**skills required:**
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to edit content.
- commitment, flexibility, and motivation to deliver high-quality results.
- proficiency in ms excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
