We are hiring energetic, street-smart Sales / Field Executives who are ready to work in the market, build dealer relationships and drive business growth for Smart Structure across Kolkata.

This is a high-impact field sales role with strong earning potential based on performance.

Dealer Onboarding & Market Expansion

Visit hardware & building material dealers across assigned areas in Kolkata

Pitch Smart Structure platform and close dealer appointments

Onboard dealers and assist with app installation & training

Sales & Business Development

Generate orders & sales from onboarded dealers

Promote Smart Structures offerings & benefits

Achieve assigned appointment & sales targets

Market Survey & Intelligence

Conduct market surveys & collect competitor data

Share field feedback with management

Field Planning & Reporting

Plan daily routes using Google Maps

Maintain visit logs, follow-ups & basic reporting

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Eligibility & Requirements :

10+2 / Graduate preferred

03 years experience in field sales preferred

Must own a two-wheeler & valid driving license

Comfortable with full-day market visits

Can use Google Maps & smartphone apps

Good communication & persuasion skills

Knowledge of Kolkata markets is a plus
