We are hiring energetic, street-smart Sales / Field Executives who are ready to work in the market, build dealer relationships and drive business growth for Smart Structure across Kolkata.

This is a high-impact field sales role with strong earning potential based on performance.

Dealer Onboarding & Market Expansion

€¢ Visit hardware & building material dealers across assigned areas in Kolkata

€¢ Pitch Smart Structure platform and close dealer appointments

€¢ Onboard dealers and assist with app installation & training

Sales & Business Development

€¢ Generate orders & sales from onboarded dealers

€¢ Promote Smart Structure€™s offerings & benefits

€¢ Achieve assigned appointment & sales targets

Market Survey & Intelligence

€¢ Conduct market surveys & collect competitor data

€¢ Share field feedback with management

Field Planning & Reporting

€¢ Plan daily routes using Google Maps

€¢ Maintain visit logs, follow-ups & basic reporting

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Eligibility & Requirements :

€¢ 10+2 / Graduate preferred

€¢ 0€“3 years experience in field sales preferred

€¢ Must own a two-wheeler & valid driving license

€¢ Comfortable with full-day market visits

€¢ Can use Google Maps & smartphone apps

€¢ Good communication & persuasion skills

€¢ Knowledge of Kolkata markets is a plus
