Opening For Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated, result-oriented Field Sales Executive with 5 to 11 years of experience in the Furniture and Furnishing sector. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong corporate and retail client relationships, and securing direct sales. If you have a proven track record in field sales, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for the design and furnishing industry, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and generate new leads (B2B and B2C) through direct sales, cold calling, and on-field client visits.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.

Sales Presentations: Showcase our furniture and furnishing portfolio, delivering engaging and technical presentations tailored to client needs.

Negotiation & Closure: Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact and pitch presentation to price negotiation and successful deal closure.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adapt sales and marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

Experience: 5 to 11 years of solid sales experience, specifically in the Furniture, Furnishing, or Interior Design industry.

Key Skills:

Proven expertise in Field Sales, Direct Sales, and Corporate Sales.

Exceptional Negotiation, Communication, and Selling Skills.

Strong capability in Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management.

Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across Gurgaon and surrounding regions for client meetings.
