ug with minimum 1 year bpo voice process experience (customer service in tele banking/tele sales)

versant score should be more than 4

basic telephonic etiquettes and customer skills

candidate should be able to communicate in english and hindi

customer-focused and attentive

answers inquiries by clarifying desired information

determines requirements by working with customers

resolves problems by clarifying desired information

cross-sell and upsell products/services

1. shifts-proper day shifts ,6 days working + 1 day rotational week off

2. direct walkin interview process
