role overview:-

we are looking for a dynamic female crm specialist aged between 30-35 years to manage and enhance the post-sales experience for our clients who have purchased flats from us. the ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in customer relationship management, and a keen ability to handle financial transactions and recoveries.

key responsibilities:-

client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-purchase, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

post-sales support: provide comprehensive support to clients after the sale, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.

money recovery: manage the collection of outstanding payments from clients, including following up on overdue accounts and negotiating payment plans where necessary.

communication: act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and professional communication throughout the recovery process.

documentation and reporting: maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and payment histories. prepare regular reports on recovery status and client feedback
