Sales & Lead Generation:
— Make outbound calls to potential customers who have dropped leads on digital
channels to promote auto loan products and services.
— Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
— Help customers take online loan journeys and get loan sanction letters.
— Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Customer Service & Management:
— Handle customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within
the time limits.
— Process customer orders, ensuring all information is accurate.
— Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Product Knowledge:
— Stay up-to-date with loan products features, benefits, pricing, Rate of interest, EMI,
Tenure and other promotional offers.
— Educate customers about the features and benefits of products and services.
Team Collaboration:
— Work closely with team members to ensure consistent high-quality service and to
share best practices.
— Attend team meetings and training sessions.
Data Management:
— Maintain accurate records of calls made and specify the outcome on each call.
— Update customer records in the company's database as required.
Compliance:
— Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
— Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
