Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships: The Manager will need to actively seek out new opportunities for business expansion, as well as establish and nurture partnerships with potential clients and stakeholders.

- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure: This role involves overseeing the entire sales process, from generating leads and qualifying prospects to negotiating and closing deals.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships: The Manager will need to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery: The Manager will work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver on client requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required skills and expectations:

- An or PGDM degree with 4 years of experience in business development or related field.

- Proven track record in corporate sales, retail sales, channel sales, and direct sales.

- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.

- Strong lead generation and negotiation skills.

- Experience with marketing communication, B2B marketing, and cross-selling.

- Ability to drive revenue generation and meet sales targets consistently.
