Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Passport is mandatory.
2. Developing and executing sales strategies to increase sales
3. Identifying and cultivating relationships with customers and sponsors
4. Preparing and presenting proposals to potential customers and sponsors at RGIA
5. Managing campaigns and events
6. Developing and maintaining customer database
7. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure sales goals are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor's degree in BSW,MSW,Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2. Proven track record of success in marketing or sales
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills ( English, Telugu and Hindi )
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Knowledge of sales best practices and trends Perks and Benefits
