Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, who will

be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and

driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through networking, and outreach.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Pitch / send company products/services to clients and close deals.

Visit branches to complete the empanelment process.

Meet business targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Prepare Business Plan every month.

Report on a daily basis to the director.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office

Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
