Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers valuable B2B sales experience, working directly with decision-makers, company owners, and exploring new-age digital economy products like ERP, CRM, and Cloud Computing.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Pure B2B/Corporate Sales
€¢ Lead generation through cold calling and follow-ups
€¢ Work on existing leads and generate new prospects
€¢ Client visits to understand requirements and provide product demonstrations
€¢ Build and maintain strong client relationships
€¢ Negotiate deals with transparency and close sales
€¢ Achieve sales targets to earn performance-based incentives
€¢ Maintain a strong work ethic and focus on daily success
Qualifications:
€¢ MBA / MMS (Marketing preferred)
€¢ Graduates from any stream can also apply
€¢ Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
€¢ Good relationship-building skills and confidence to meet decision-makers
€¢ Interest in IT / Software / ERP sales is an added advantage
€¢ Must own a Laptop or Tablet
