key responsibilities:

1. acquisition of new customers: identify and target potential clients to acquire new business opportunities. build a solid pipeline of leads and actively work to convert them into customers.

2. handle existing projects: manage and oversee the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams.

3. execute new projects: work on launching new projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met while aligning with the client's expectations.

4. project management: lead and coordinate all project-related activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resources. monitor the project lifecycle and handle any issues or risks that may arise.

5. video conference meetings with new clients: conduct virtual meetings to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and pitch our services. build relationships and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

6. business development: strategize and execute plans to expand the companys market presence, identify new growth opportunities, and drive long-term success.

7. revenue generation: focus on generating revenue by converting leads into customers, upselling services to existing clients, and ensuring that projects remain profitable.

8. customer support: provide ongoing support to client post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. address client inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.

9. coordinate with technical teams: collaborate closely with the technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood, timelines are met, and solutions are delivered as per client specifications.
