We are seeking a motivated BPO Telecaller to join our team in Amritsar. This full-time, work-from-home position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about customer service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making Calls: You will reach out to potential customers to provide information about our services and products.

- Handling Queries: Listen to customer inquiries and offer clear, helpful answers to their questions to resolve issues.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of each call and customer interaction in our database for tracking purposes.

- Follow-Up: Reach out to customers who are interested but have not yet made a decision to encourage them to try our services.

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and enhance their experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor to build rapport with customers. A basic understanding of computers and proficiency in using call-center software is necessary. We expect you to be patient, persuasive, and resilient in handling different types of customer interactions. Being punctual and adhering to a structured work schedule is essential, as is the ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and focus. A high school diploma (12th pass) is the minimum educational requirement. Prior experience in a related field will be a plus but is not mandatory.
