follow up with customers on inquiries, offers, and orders
maintain sales records, mis reports, and customer databases
track orders from confirmation to dispatch and delivery
coordinate with accounts for invoicing, payments, and collections
support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
handle customer communication via email, phone, and whatsapp
maintain crm / excel sheets and update lead status regularly
