Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns effectively, striving to convert objections into sales opportunities. Feedback: Provide feedback to the team leader or supervisor regarding customer reactions, market trends, and suggestions for improvement. Adherence to Scripts: Follow provided scripts and adhere to established sales processes and guidelines.
