This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, field-intensive environments and can take ownership of daily throughput, quality control, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. A strong local network in the plastic recycling ecosystem is an added advantage.Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations at partner sorting and recovery facilities to ensure production targets are met Conduct regular quality audits during material sorting, loading, and dispatch to ensure compliance with Recoves standards. Manage and motivate labor teams to optimize productivity and reduce errors or contamination Coordinate with vendors to schedule on-time material dispatch, and conduct on-site inspections and weighment verification Maintain accurate and timely documentation of production, deliveries, and Weighments via Recoves dashboard Communicate daily progress and flag operational issues to the central team in Bangalore Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce waste, improve quality, and lower costs Identify New Vendors at that location.Requirements 23 years of experience in on-ground operations, supply chain, or field execution roles Familiarity with logistics or materials handling in the recycling or waste management sector is preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage blue-collar labor and vendor relationships Proficiency in Hindi; basic spoken and written English Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, mobile dashboards, WhatsApp) Willingness to travel locally with own vehicle within Bhopal and nearby areas for vendor engagement and quality checks
