responsibilities –
1-informing stock position at distributor's place.
2-complete all retailers as per the specified route.
3-ensure total calls should be 40 per route.
4-productive calls should be minimum 25% per route.
5-ensure dsr copy is submitted to seniors.
6-maintain cordial relations with all the retail outlets in his route/s.
7-placement of our products at new retail outlets and follow-up.
8-ensure secondary sales are properly executed.
9-reporting on any update at distributor's point.
10- review competitor's products for identifying new leads
11- follow up after the sale for any necessary post-sales activities such as warranty requests or product returns.
12- respond quickly to changing market conditions.
13- plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns for all products within the territory, including print advertising,
pos marketing materials etc.
