SR. Project Engineer

1. Experience in mechanical HVAC Industry.

2. Independently handled site as project in charge.

3. Must be well computer literate. Knowledge of MS office & MS projects is must.

4. Should have hands on experience of scheduling, planning, cost control.

5. Have handled client / PMC independently without much senior support.

6. Technically sound. Have knowledge of Designing.

7. Good communication skills and command over English.

8. Timely Billing to client and collections to maintain positive cash flow.

9. Managing contract & contractor at site.

10. Maintaining Quality construction with required speed.

11. Handling weekly/Monthly review meetings with client, PMC and contractors independently.
