Key Responsibilities & DutiesStrategic Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth:Develop and execute strategic annual/quarterly sales plans aligned with company revenue objectives and expansion targets.Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, emerging industry trends, and strategic key accounts.Conduct market intelligence, competitor mapping, and pricing strategy reviews to maintain a competitive advantage.Key Account Management & B2B/Channel Sales:Direct and nurture relationships with high-value corporate clients, institutional buyers, architects/consultants, or tier-1 distributors.Lead complex commercial negotiations, contract finalize-downs, tender submissions, and high-value deal closures.Oversee channel partner operations, ensuring sustainable primary/secondary sales pipelines and resolving channel conflicts smoothly.Team Leadership & Performance Management:Manage, mentor, and evaluate Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Officers, and Field Sales Executives.Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), daily beat/visit targets, and incentive structures to drive team motivation and productivity.Conduct regular sales performance reviews and deliver continuous product/sales training to the field force.Financial Control & Recovery Governance:Own the regional credit policy and monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to ensure tight cash-flow cycles.Work closely with the Accounts/Recovery team to collect overdue receivables promptly and minimize credit default risks.Manage regional sales budgets, travel expenses, and trade promotion allocations effectively.
