Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members are essential. The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and familiar with inventory management systems. A commitment to safety in the workplace and the ability to motivate a team to achieve goals are also important for this role. Flexibility in working hours and a strong work ethic are expected.

Warehouse workers are responsible for handling, packing, sorting, loading, and unloading goods in a safe and efficient manner. Candidates should be physically fit, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of inventory handling, stock management, and warehouse safety procedures is preferred. Candidates must be flexible to work in shifts, maintain teamwork, and follow company guidelines properly. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, factory, or storekeeping operations will be an added advantage.
