Key Responsibilities

Manage overall store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.

Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain optimum stock levels.

Oversee goods receiving, material verification, and documentation processes.

Monitor stock movement and implement inventory control procedures.

Conduct regular physical stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth material flow.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and preservation of materials.

Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.

Implement warehouse safety standards and housekeeping practices.

Manage store personnel, assign duties, and monitor performance.

Prepare inventory reports, stock analysis, and management dashboards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.

Optimize storage space utilization and improve warehouse efficiency.

Handle vendor coordination related to material receipts and discrepancies.
