Looking For Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Malappuram, India. The ideal candidate should have 15 to 25 years of experience and a graduate degree. The position is full-time and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily warehouse activities: Ensure smooth and efficient operations by coordinating the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.

2. Supervise staff: Lead and motivate the warehouse team, providing guidance and training to ensure that all employees are working effectively.

3. Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventories, and implement inventory control measures to reduce losses and improve accuracy.

4. Ensure safety compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that the warehouse meets all health and safety regulations.

5. Optimize warehouse layout: Evaluate and improve the warehouse layout for efficiency, ensuring that products are organized for easy access and maximum space utilization.
