Your goal is to provide a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest.Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and assist with seating.Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.Table Maintenance: Set up tables (mis-en-place) according to hotel standards and ensure cleanliness throughout the shift.Menu Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation styles, and daily specials to make informed recommendations.Technical Service: Serve food and drinks professionally, following established 5-star service protocols.Clearing & Resetting: Promptly clear used plates/glassware and reset tables for the next guest arrival.Guest Satisfaction: Address guest queries or complaints with poise and escalate them to the Captain or Manager when necessary.Candidate ProfileEducation: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Catering Technology is preferred.Skills: * Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-first attitude.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Grooming: Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance.Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
