Job Overview

Position: Steward / Associate (F&B Service)

Location: Vile Parle (East), Mumbai (Near Sahara Star/Domestic Airport)

Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers from Hotel Management backgrounds are welcome)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

As a Service Associate, you are the face of our hospitality. Your goal is to provide a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest.

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and assist with seating.

Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.

Table Maintenance: Set up tables (mis-en-place) according to hotel standards and ensure cleanliness throughout the shift.

Menu Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation styles, and daily specials to make informed recommendations.

Technical Service: Serve food and drinks professionally, following established 5-star service protocols.

Clearing & Resetting: Promptly clear used plates/glassware and reset tables for the next guest arrival.

Guest Satisfaction: Address guest queries or complaints with poise and escalate them to the Captain or Manager when necessary.

Candidate Profile

Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Catering Technology is preferred.

Skills: * Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-first attitude.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Grooming: Must maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
