Job Role: Steward
1. Guest Service
Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.
Present menus and assist guests with food & beverage choices.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Address guest queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Dining Area Management
Set up tables with linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
Ensure tables are clean, well-arranged, and presentable.
Clear tables after guests finish and prepare for the next service.
3. Operational Support
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of service stations and pantry.
Refill water, cutlery, napkins, and other service items.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
4. Hygiene & Safety
Follow proper hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and cleaning protocols.
5. Team Coordination
Work with servers, captains, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Support senior staff during peak hours or special events.;
