Roles/responsibilities - Effectively counsel overseas Immigration applicants in their concerns related to the optionsavailable as per their eligibility. Regular follow up on old leads and quick response to new leads by utilizing the organizations CRMsystem. Create and submit timely prospect/pipeline reports to the manager as and when directed to do so. Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior Management pertaining to Immigration. Encouraging clients/students for service feedback via Google Reviews, social media reviews, photos and Video testimonials etc. Accurately maintain potential prospects (number of leads, number of probable prospects, numberof confirmed prospects) and submit it to Team Leader/Branch or Operations Manager periodically. Build a strong referral pipeline and client retention by Excellent After-Sale service engagement. Handle Customer/Clients queries Professionally, patiently and in timely manner.
