Roles/responsibilities -
• Effectively counsel overseas Immigration applicants in their concerns related to the options
available as per their eligibility.
• Regular follow up on old leads and quick response to new leads by utilizing the organization’s CRM
system.
• Create and submit timely prospect/pipeline reports to the manager as and when directed to do so.
• Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior Management pertaining to Immigration.
• Encouraging clients/students for service feedback via Google Reviews, social media reviews, photos and Video testimonials etc.
• Accurately maintain potential prospects (number of leads, number of probable prospects, number
of confirmed prospects) and submit it to Team Leader/Branch or Operations Manager periodically.
• Build a strong referral pipeline and client retention by Excellent After-Sale service engagement.
• Handle Customer/Clients queries Professionally, patiently and in timely manner.
