Maintain production records, job sheets, and machine logs accurately. Identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues, escalating technical problems when necessary. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and monthly targets.Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related discipline.Relevant Experience: 1-2 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines (Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic, or equivalent). Knowledge of CNC programming, nesting software, and sheet metal processing. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and quality standards.
