As a Plant Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations of the manufacturing facility located in Bahadurgarh. You are expected to ensure the plant operates efficiently and meets production goals.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Manage Production Schedules:** Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. This involves coordinating with different departments to align resources effectively.- **Oversee Quality Control:** Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards. You will regularly inspect processes and products, addressing any deviations from quality benchmarks.- **Supervise Staff:** Lead and manage plant employees, providing guidance and support. This includes training new staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring a safe working environment.- **Maintain Equipment:** Ensure all machinery and equipment are well-maintained and functioning optimally. You will schedule regular maintenance checks and address any repairs promptly to minimize downtime.- **Monitor Inventory Levels:** Keep track of raw materials and finished goods inventory. You will work closely with the procurement team to ensure the plant has adequate supplies for production.- **Implement Safety Protocols:** Promote a culture of safety within the plant by enforcing safety regulations and procedures. Regular training sessions will be part of your responsibility to ensure all staff are aware of safety practices.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on operational management. An I.T.I. qualification is necessary. Proficiency in team management, problem-solving, and communication is expected.
