Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents under corporate agency model
Drive sales and achieve business targets through the agency team
Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and mentoring sessions
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and channel partners
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory norms
Monitor and improve agent productivity and persistency ratios
Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide strategic input
Coordinate with the branch and head office teams for smooth operation
