we are urgently looking for sales coordinators with 2 to 3 years experience for our company who can join within 1 week. they must know kannada, hindi,english compulsary.

job overview:

we are hiring a sales coordinator who will act as a key liaison between the field sales team, doctors, and internal departments. the ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales coordination, demonstrate leadership skills, and be capable of mentoring junior staff. you must be smart, target-driven, tech-savvy, and able to perform under pressure while consistently delivering strong results. you will be expected to make 40 calls a day, including 10 to 12 productive calls, and ensure accurate order and communication tracking.

key responsibilities:

make 40 outbound calls daily, including to doctors, clients, and field representatives across the assigned state.

ensure a minimum of 1012 productive calls per day focused on collecting orders, follow- ups, or confirmed interests.

coordinate effectively with the field sales team to track daily activities and manage key client interactions.

maintain and update accurate records of orders, doctor communications, and sales leads in excel or crm platforms.
