As a Tele Counsellor ,your primary responsibilities will involve providing guidance and support to students through remote communication channels such as phone, email, chat or video calls. Make outbound calls to recruit prospective students from the point of inquiry to matriculation. Counseling the students on call, regarding courses and their benefits of upcoming colleges. Responsible for answering any queries from the students.
