The role requires good communication skills, persuasion ability, and basic computer knowledge.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.Explain products/services and answer questions clearly.Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Maintain a database of customer information and call records.Follow up with customers for feedback or further assistance.Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate if needed.Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills.Good listening and convincing ability.Basic computer and data entry skills.Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.Time management and organizational skills.Qualifications:Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
