Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive
Job Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires good communication skills, persuasion ability, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain products/services and answer questions clearly.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Follow up with customers for feedback or further assistance.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate if needed.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills.

Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
