Position Summary:The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. This includes monitoring premises, enforcing security policies, responding to emergencies, and preventing incidents such as theft, vandalism, or safety hazards.Key Responsibilities:Surveillance & Monitoring:Observe and operate CCTV and alarm systems.Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.Patrolling Duties:Conduct regular patrols of buildings, perimeter areas, and parking lots.Identify and report potential security risks or safety violations.Access Control:Verify identification and credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.Maintain visitor and access logs accurately.Incident Response:Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances.Detain or escort suspicious persons when necessary, following protocol.Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.Safety & Emergency Support:Assist in fire drills, evacuations, and first aid situations.Ensure fire extinguishers and emergency equipment are in working order.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain detailed incident and daily activity reports.Record any maintenance or safety concerns for corrective action.Customer Interaction:Provide directions and assistance to visitors professionally.Represent the organization with courtesy and integrity.Policy Enforcement:Enforce company security policies, procedures, and access control standards.Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th pass (Diploma or Degree preferred).Experience: 06 years of experience in security or defense services (preferred).Certifications: Security training certification or First Aid training (advantage).Skills:Vigilance and attention to detailGood communication and observation skillsPhysical fitness and disciplineBasic knowledge of security systems and emergency protocolsWorking Conditions:Rotational shifts (day/night/weekends/holidays).Indoor and outdoor duty depending on location.Requires standing and patrolling for long periods.

Position OverviewAn Aircraft Engineer is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and certification of aircraft to ensure airworthiness and compliance with aviation safety regulations. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and adherence to strict safety standards, supporting both routine operations and unscheduled maintenance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & RepairPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, servicing, and repairs on aircraft systems, engines, structures, and components.Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and avionics issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.Conduct pre-flight, transit, and post-flight inspections to ensure operational readiness.Carry out modifications, component replacements, and system upgrades as required.Safety & ComplianceEnsure all work is performed in compliance with aviation authority regulations (EASA, FAA, ICAO, DGCA, etc.).Maintain accurate documentation, technical logs, and certification of completed tasks.Participate in audits, quality inspections, and safety management systems (SMS).Follow strict safety and environmental guidelines in hangar and ramp operations.Operational SupportCoordinate with pilots, operations staff, and ground crew to resolve technical issues promptly.Support Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) recovery and provide rapid response maintenance.Contribute to maintenance planning and scheduling to optimize aircraft availability.Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers for parts, manuals, and engineering support.Required Skills & CompetenciesIn-depth knowledge of aircraft systems (avionics, engines, hydraulics, structures)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with aircraft maintenance software (AMOS, TRAX, Ramco, CAMP)Excellent technical documentation and reporting skillsHigh attention to detail and safety awarenessStrong teamwork and communication skillsFlexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and on-call dutyQualificationsBachelors degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent (preferred)Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) License (EASA Part-66, FAA A&P, or equivalent)Specialized type-rating or experience on specific aircraft models (e.g., Airbus, Boeing)Minimum 25 years of aircraft maintenance or engineering experience (depending on role level)Certification in First Aid, Human Factors, and Safety Management Systems (advantageous)
