Responsibilities:

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by end-users.

Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and hardware components.

Collaborate with team members to support IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations.

Perform testing and quality assurance activities to ensure software functionality and performance.

Provide user support and training to help colleagues and end-users effectively utilize IT systems.

Adhere to security protocols and help ensure data integrity and protection.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field.

Basic knowledge of programming languages (., Java, Python, C++) and web technologies (., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Familiarity with operating systems (., Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
